Group Coaching

Discover the magic that can happen when you come together with an inspired group of souls who are all moving towards the same beautiful goal - a new sense of empowerment, freedom and gratitude.

Together as a group, we're here to answer any of the questions that we each may have, to build each other up and to help every member of the hub as they wake up, shake up and show up in their lives.

There will be 4 x group coaching calls over the 12 weeks which will be recorded and shared with the group for those who cannot attend the calls live.

Coffee Hangouts

Anyone who knows us, knows that coffee is kind of a ritual of ours (along with 7.4 billion other people yah). But seriously, it's a hug in a mug served daily and ready to greet you whenever you're ready or wish to call. So why not meet Francesca for a virtual coffee date in our FB group while we get to the nitty gritty, laugh and chat about our weekly lesson. You'll have a chance to ask any questions about the weekly topic and how that might look to us on an individual and collective level (think: mindset reset, intuitive eating, mind body connection, self love, body image and trusting your intuition).


Classroom

‘Making Friends with You’ aims to provide you with a variety of information on topics that vary from body positivity, the self care movement, how to tune into your bodies innate wisdom, how to navigate thoughts of not being good enough, the marriage of both your masculine and feminine energies, moving through anxiety and how to release stagnant energy in both mind and body. We'll cover how to take your body out of a stress response, the healing power of breath work, right down to, 'help, I'm having a fat day and hate everyone!” - We’ve all be there my friend! We've got your mind reset, body and food transformation covered. We're heading back to the classroom as we learn the ultimate lesson of all; the art of self love.

Creativity

Embracing, exploring and freeing ourselves up to our creativity helps us to connect to ourselves on a deeper level, we feel more aligned, purposeful and passionate. 

We're going to look at how we can bring more of the inner child and free spirit into our lives. It's time to bring back the concept of play. Throughout our time together, we will hold creativity workshops to get your mind, body and soul feeling inspired.


Challenge

Each week there will be a gorgeous new challenge set that is designed to help you tackle the specific lesson of the week. For example, if the theme is about intuitive eating, then you might be asked to try your hand at intuitive eating and journal what came up for you during the experiment. Together we'll then discuss what's surfaced for us on an individual level and collectively move through it in our tribe.

Community

This is one of our favourite parts of the ‘Making Friends With You’ because this is where you will be meeting your new community of well warriors, confidants and most importantly, friends. They will become your biggest supporters and cheerleaders and you’ll wonder what you ever did without them.

The dialogue between my mind and body has always felt a bit… miscommunicated. I’ve spent years trying to understand my relationship with my body, trying to figure out a balance between discipline and indulgence. It’s hard to know how to start that conversation between your mind and your body, and how to navigate the inconsistencies you find between your standards, morals and reality.

In the beautifully written “Making Friends With You” course, Francesca lays the conversation right out on the table. She asks the confronting and important questions that have allowed me to rekindle a celebrated and understood perception of my body and what it can do for me. It’s very evident the amount of research and care went into the modules each week and the journal prompts that came with them presented an opportunity for me to internalise the information and turn the theory into practical application.

It’s also been helpful to have the Facebook group where we have a safe space to share our thoughts. I’ve felt very supported by the other ladies in the group, and I’m comforted in the fact that it seems as if most of the body image issues I’ve dealt with are universally experienced things. While I understand that each person’s experience with themselves is complex and important, also knowing that so many other women out there are readily willing to support you brings me a lot of hope.

Having worked with Francesca one on one, I was intrigued when she launched Making Friends With You. It was a different kind of learning which sold it for me, life has taught me not everyone learns the same so when Francesca told me there would be blended learning of videos, audios and reading modules, coffee meetings via Zoom about the module we were doing that week, which I found so helpful, I never felt alone which helped so much with the fear of sharing my thoughts and feelings in the group. Even if I worried that I had fallen behind or was feeling resistance to a certain module, the community was always there and on hand to help with encouragement and made me realise how similiar what we all go through truly is.

I loved the modules on sensuality and sexuality, and embracing your creativity. The one I found most confronting was the module on boundaries but as I worked through the module with the help of Francesca and the group, I came to realise that I have actually great boundaries in place so that was a really positive affirmation for me that I was on the right track.
My biggest takeaway and revelation was that working on yourself doesn’t happen overnight, it’s a daily process and it’s important to enjoy that process. I would 100% recommend this programme to anyone looking to make some changes in how they currently feel about themselves.

FAQ

How does it work?

Each week a new module and lesson topic will be released via email.

Each module consists of 3-10 minutes of active listening with 2-3 modules per lesson.

You will receive journal prompts with each lesson for you to digest and implement at your own pace and around your own schedule.

There will be 4 live group coaching sessions over the 12 weeks where we focus on any recurring themes that may be coming up for the group at that time. You can access the call online or via the phone to fit around your schedule. All calls will be recorded for those who can’t attend live in person, and will be made available in the group later that day.

All extra reading or research is entirely optional, but of course, encouraged. Like any mentorship or group programme, you get out what you put in.

If you do not wish to follow along live, you can study at your own pace around your own schedule.

Once the course finishes, you’ll continue to have access to all of the online material to review and download at your own leisure.

What is the Time Commitment Required?

The time commitment is 1-2 hours a week but like anything, the more you put in the more you'll get out of our time together. This time is a space for you to ask any of your questions, access advice from me and foster relationships with rest of the tribe undertaking the group coaching programme.

Can you Sign up from Anywhere in the World?

The group coaching programme is held purely online via Zoom and in our Facebook group, so as long as you have access to the internet there are no restrictions on applications.

What Times are the Group Calls?

Once we have the locations of everyone confirmed, we'll plan across time zones to maximise live attendance but the call will always be recorded and shared in the group if for any reason you are unable to attend at the allocated time.
