Our time together in nature will be about you coming home to yourself. How you can be more ‘you’ than you’ve ever been before, and what that looks like. We will then create a blue print of how to bridge the life and space you're currently living from, and the life you want to live, as more of the you that you already are.
We will look at your own wellbeing toolkit and how your wellbeing is affecting how you show up in everyday life.
We will unravel the greater meaning and messages behind the thoughts, feelings and fears that may be holding you back. And guide you to explore them, question them and learn how to come home to yourself and how you can create the life that you desire.
Our sessions are a space for curiosity, playfulness, to ask questions, to understand behaviour patterns and habits that no longer serve, and learn to address feelings of unsettlement and uncertainty through reframing and identifying how, what and why.
I offer accountability, exploration, fun and a safe space for you to lean to the edges of who you really are.

Coaching, like you, is entirely unique, wonderful and individual. I believe that your coaching experience should be reflected as such. I offer complimentary 30 minute coaching experiences dedicated as a space for you to explore what is happening in your life right now, what your goals, dreams, and hopes are, and what areas you’re seeking additional support and guidance with. This time is for us to connect more deeply, and see if working together is an aligned fit right now.
From there, if coaching feels aligned for both of us, we will then discuss the best course of action including number of sessions needed to help you create lasting transformation. These can be done in person at a mutually convenient location or online via Zoom.
